12. How do I check buyer inquiries for my products?
Guidance to help suppliers manage product inquiry requests from international buyers. Upon receiving these requests, suppliers can proactively send messages or quotations.
Click on your account menu
Click "Inquiry Received" to view and manage all incoming product inquiries
Click on Inquiry you want to view detail
Click on "Add buyer contact" for adding connection
Click on "Chat now" for opening chat with buyer on Freshdi
