# 2. How do contact credits work in Premium?

Premium users receive credits based on their plan and the verification status of the buyer’s contact information.

The number of credits required to unlock a buyer’s contact details may vary depending on whether the contact information is verified. Each time you unlock a buyer’s contact details—such as email, WhatsApp, or phone—credits may be used according to the applicable credit rate.

Credits reset every day, and unused credits do not roll over to the next day.
