# 7. Can I download buyer data?

No. For privacy and data protection reasons, Freshdi **does not allow downloading, exporting, or bulk saving of buyer contact information** outside the platform.

All contact interactions — including email, phone number, or chat — must be managed **within your Freshdi dashboard**. This policy helps:

* Protect the privacy and security of both buyers and suppliers
* Prevent spam, unsolicited offers, and misuse of sensitive data
* Ensure that every contact is traceable and verified within a trusted environment
