No. For privacy and data protection reasons, Freshdi does not allow downloading, exporting, or bulk saving of buyer contact information outside the platform.
All contact interactions — including email, phone number, or chat — must be managed within your Freshdi dashboard. This policy helps:

Prevent spam, unsolicited offers, and misuse of sensitive data
Ensure that every contact is traceable and verified within a trusted environment
