7. Can I download buyer data?

No. For privacy and data protection reasons, Freshdi does not allow downloading, exporting, or bulk saving of buyer contact information outside the platform.

All contact interactions — including email, phone number, or chat — must be managed within your Freshdi dashboard. This policy helps:

  • Protect the privacy and security of both buyers and suppliers

  • Prevent spam, unsolicited offers, and misuse of sensitive data

  • Ensure that every contact is traceable and verified within a trusted environment

📌 Note: You can still view and manage your unlocked buyer contacts in the “Contact” section, with access to full contact details while logged into your account.
