# 6. Why am I not seeing any AI buyer suggestions?

If you don’t see AI-recommended buyers, it’s often because your profile or product listings are incomplete, unverified, or inactive. Freshdi AI depends on accurate information to generate quality matches — without it, the system can’t identify the right leads for you.

To fix this, make sure you:

✅ **Complete your Company Profile:**\

✅ **Add and Optimize Your Products:**\

✅ **Stay Active:**\
Log in frequently and [respond to inquiries](https://freshdi.com/business/inquiries) promptly. Inactive accounts receive fewer buyer suggestions.

Once these steps are complete, the AI will begin showing tailored buyer leads based on your updated profile and offerings — helping you connect faster and more effectively.
