1. Definition of Products/Services Provided to Suppliers by Freshdi
Depending on the chosen plan (Free, Advance, Superior), Supplier will get these following benefits:
Online Store: A dedicated online store where suppliers can present their company profile, certifications, and product listings.
Product Listing: Ability to upload product catalogs with details, prices and images.
Promotion & Visibility: Marketing and promotional activities to help suppliers reach targeted buyers.
Buyer Matching: Access to buyer inquiries, buying requests, and potential matches based on products and categories.
Send Quotation: Supplier can find and send quotations to potential buy leads
2. Supplier Guidance
We advise suppliers that B2B sales is a long-term journey requiring:
Consistent store building with complete company details.
Regularly uploading products and keeping information updated.
Adding business documents and certificates to build trust and credibility.
We do not recommend that new, unverified suppliers send quotations to buyers before setting up their store and verifying their business information. Sending quotes without a verified profile may reduce buyer trust and lead to low response rates.
When a buyer receives supplier quotations or product offers, the buyer has the full right to decide whether to respond or not.
Freshdi does not guarantee buyer responses. Buyer engagement depends on their own intention and business needs.
Freshdi implements verification processes for both suppliers and buyers. However, in global B2B trade, it is not possible to completely prevent all risks.
We strongly encourage both suppliers and buyers to report any suspicious activity. Based on those reports, Freshdi will take actions to protect the community.

Q1: Buyers don't respond. What should I do?
A: Buyer response is not guaranteed and can depend on several reasons:
Buyer’s Intention: The buyer may still be reviewing options or may have already chosen a supplier. They often receive hundreds of quotations daily.
Quotation Quality: Make sure your quotation includes clear pricing, product details, and a short company introduction. A well-prepared quote stands out.
Supplier Profile: Buyers tend to trust verified suppliers with a complete and professional storefront. Ensure your profile is fully updated and verified.
Missed Quotation: Sometimes buyers overlook quotes. You can follow up directly via email or phone to increase your chances of getting noticed.
Q2: I encountered suspicious buyers/scams. What should I do?
A: If you suspect a buyer is acting suspiciously or trying to scam you, please report it to Freshdi as soon as possible. We take these cases seriously and will review all reports to protect our community.

Q3: Can I cancel my membership?
A: There are two cases:
Refund request after activation: Once a membership plan has started and services are already provided (online store created, products promoted, or visibility activated), the plan is considered active and non-refundable.
Cancel renewal before next charge: Freshdi always notifies suppliers before renewal charges through email and Account Management. You may cancel in advance to avoid the upcoming fee.
All cancellations and renewals follow Freshdi’s official Terms of Service.
Q4. What are Freshdi’s Role & Limitations?
Freshdi provides tools, visibility, and access. We do not act as a trading agent or intermediary in contract negotiations.
Freshdi does not participate in deal closing or financial transactions between suppliers and buyers.
Freshdi cannot commit to specific sales results, as they depend on multiple factors such as product competitiveness, market demand, supplier engagement, and buyer interest.
