Guide to help suppliers quickly and professionally submit quotes within 1 minute to international buyers' sourcing requests.
Step 1: Access the Purchase Request page.
Step 2: Select the appropriate Purchase Request.
Search using the search keyword box
Search based on category (suitable product category)
Step 3: Once you've selected the desired Purchase Request, click on 'Quote now' to proceed
Step 4: Fill in all quote information.
Following AI-generated quote suggestions, you have the option to apply, recreate, or delete them.
You can modify the quote to suit the needs of the international buyer.
Step 5: After completing all the required information, press "Send quotation" to send the quote.
The "Send Quotation" button displays your remaining number of quotes.
Step 6: Your quote has been successfully submitted and will now be displayed in the direct conversation with the customer.
