Option 1: Quote on Sourcing Requests from International Buyers
1. Choose "Sourcing Request"
2. Look for suitable sourcing request and choose "Quote Now"
3. Enter the quotation title
4. Enter the quotation description to send it to the international buyer.
5. Click the plus sign to upload documents related to the quotation, products, company,...
6. Click "Send Quotation" to send the quotation to the international buyer
Get the contact information of the international buyer
Option 2: Post product description and receive sourcing requests from international buyers.
Suppliers can attract international buyers by posting their product description.
To post product description, choose your personal account.
Choose "Switch to Supplier Account"
Click the icon as shown in the picture below to post product description
Choose Create Product
Enter the product name in English
Choose the categories for the product
Provide a detailed description of the product
Select the currency
Select the unit for the product
Upload 5 product photos
Upload 1 main photo for the product
Add prices for the product (you can include multiple price levels based on quantity).
Enter additional attribute fields for the product, such as packaging and delivery details. Then click "Save"
Receive sourcing requests from international buyers.
Go to your management page where you can review and respond to sourcing requests from international buyers based on your product listings.
